The Chagigah or Koinonia
(Abib 13th)

A Chagigah literally means a "Festival Offering", and they originally dealt with the Three Pilgrimage Festivals
(Passover, Shavuot, Sukkot) and the pilgrimage offering that men were supposed to bring into Jerusalem.

These "Chagigah" were traditionally held between one to three days prior to a religious event
(Passover, Shavuot or Sukkot), and in this particular discussion it is being applied to the understanding of "The Last Supper" (Koinonia), that actually occurred one day prior to Messiah's Crucifixion (on The Preparation Day), and, also, applied to the "Passover Remembrance". As a mater of fact, "The Chagigah" were, also, "Remembrance Meals" that included discussions about the upcoming events (Passover, Shavuot or Sukkot), and for "Passover" they are loosely the equivalent of the Jewish Seder Meal in today's society.

Neither a "Chagigah" nor "The Passover" is a Holy Sabbath or a Holy convocation, but are "Remembrances".

The "Chagigah", "Koinonia" or "Last Supper"
(in this case) occurred PRIOR to The Passover Preparation Day and the actual PASSOVER (Remembrance) MEAL, and were therefore eaten with "Leavened Bread" (Artos).

Matthew 26:1-2
(a Chagigah Conversation before Passover)
¶ And it came to pass, when Yahshua had finished all these sayings, he said unto his disciples,
2 Ye know that after two days
(Abib 13th to Abib 15th) is [the Feast of] the Passover (includes UB), and the Son of man(Messiah Yahshua) is [already] betrayed to be crucified (on the Preparation Day of Abib 14th).

There is no way the "Koinonia" or "Last Supper" was eaten with unleavened bread two days prior to "Unleavened Bread".  This would destroy the Righteous Symbolism established by YHVH; designed to teach "The Plan of Salvation", which was perfectly prepared
by YHVH in advance for Messiah using Righteous Spiritual Logic.

Notice the translation discrepancy between the two comparison verses of Hebrews chapter 2 verse 10 with respect to Strong's number G1223 ("dia"); "By" versus "By reason of" in Romans chapter 8 verse 20 below:

Romans 8:20
(Spiritual Logic clearly shown)
For the creature
(all living flesh) was made subject to vanity (SELF-centeredness), not willingly, but by reason (G1223) of Him (YHVH) who hath subjected [the same] (all living flesh) in hope (of overcoming SELF),

Hebrews 2:10
(YHVH's Spiritual Logic hidden by christian bias)
¶ For it became him, for whom [are] all things, and by (G1223) whom [are] all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.

Hebrews 2:10
(Spiritual Logic revealed; same as Romans 8:20)
¶ For it became him
(Messiah), for whom [are] all things [created], and by [reason] (G1223) [of Him] whom [are] all things, in bringing many sons unto glory (YHVH's "Plan of Salvation"), to make the champion (Messiah)  of their salvation (Spiritually)  perfect through (physical) sufferings.

It should be very evident that some hellenized pagan translator(s) or scribe(s) somewhere was (were) trying to bias the readers of this Scripture to believe that Messiah pre-existed. Fortunately he/she/they were not thorough enough to conceal all of the evidences.

Nothing is left to chance by YHVH ! Nothing ! However, Spiritual insight still requires Spiritual "Ears to Hear" and Spiritual "Eyes to See".

1 Corinthians 11:23-24

¶ For I have received of the Lord
(Messiah) that which, also, I delivered unto you, That the Lord Yahshua the [same] night in which he was betrayed took bread (G740, Artos, leavened bread): And when he (Messiah) had given thanks, he brake [it] (Leavened Bread or Artos), and said, Take, eat: this is (symbolizes) my (physical) body, which is (physically) broken for you: this do in remembrance of me (as an act of Love) .

Artos; G740
(common definition)
Food composed of flour mixed with water, allowed to rise, and baked. The Israelites made it in the form of an oblong or round cake, as thick as one's thumb, and as large as a plate or platter; hence it was not to be cut but broken.
The bread used at the "Love Feasts" and at the Lord's table
(Last Supper).

From the above common definition of "Artos" it is plain to see that a "Love Feast" is nothing more than a type of "Chagigah" in which a person, persons or event is "Remembered" or "Honored" (shown love) for his/her/their/YHVH's contribution to something that is worthwhile (a SELFLESS act) in which the lives of others are enriched.

Here
(1 Corinthians 11:23-24) we have Messiah speaking a most symbolic message to his followers during a Chagigah  (Remembrance Meal, "Love Feast" or Gathering). Messiah plainly states that the (Artos) represents his physical body; meaning that "Artos(leavened bread), which is, also, a metaphorical representative of sin (self) is a true representation of himself as a (physical) man. In other words, as a man Messiah was a sinner just like the rest of us are (sinners). However, Messiah is, also, represented Spiritually by a lamb without blemish. Is this a scribal error? No, it is not, because while Messiah was a sinner in the flesh, Messiah was, also, Spiritually Clean  (without spot Spiritually speaking).  So how can this be? Simply this: "We" do not need a physically perfect god or GOD or animal to die for "Us".  Messiah (a sinner) has demonstrated to the world that sinners can become "The Perfected Children of YHVH" if they will only follow his (a sinner's) perfect example of being a "Seeker of YHVH's Righteousness", and that any man (or woman) has this capability available to him or her, because he (Messiah as a sinner) has shown "Us" that it is possible for a human to become "Spiritually Perfected". Yes, "Spiritually Perfected Sinners" are exactly what YHVH seeks to become His children. Children that have experienced SIN and have REJECTED it (this is called REPENTANCE).

Ecclesiastes 8:12

Though a sinner do evil an hundred times, and his [days] be prolonged, yet surely I know that it shall be well with them that fear
(respect) GOD, which fear before him:

Luke 18:13-14

And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as [his] eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, GOD be merciful to me a sinner.  I tell you, this man went down to his house justified [rather] than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.

2 Saul 12:13

And David said unto Nathan, I have sinned against the LORD. And Nathan said unto David, The LORD [YHVH] also hath put away thy sin; thou shalt not die.

Could there have been any other reason or reasons for Messiah to have gathered with his disciples? What could have motivated the "Foot Washings"?

John 11:55-57

55 Now the Passover of the Jews was at hand. Many went up to Jerusalem out of the country before the Passover, to purify themselves
(to become Spiritually CLEAN; symbolized by physical cleansing, and humility) .
56 Then they
(the multitude) sought for (Messiah) Yahshua and spoke one with another, as they stood in the temple, "What do you think? Isn't he coming to the feast?" (the people didn't want to kill Messiah; they wanted to commune with him)
57 Now the chief priests and the Pharisees
(these are your killers) had commanded that if anyone knew where he was, he should report it, that they might seize him.

John 13:2-11 And supper being ended, the devil (human nature in Judas) having now put into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon's [son], to betray him;
3 Yahshua knowing that the Father had given all things into his hands, and that he was come from GOD, and went to GOD;
4 He riseth from supper, and laid aside his garments; and took a towel, and girded himself
(Purification Time ?).
5 After that he poureth water into a basin, and began to wash the disciples' feet, and to wipe [them] with the towel wherewith he was girded.
6 Then cometh he to Simon Peter: and Peter saith unto him, Lord, dost thou wash my feet?
7 Yahshua answered and said unto him, What I do thou knowest not now; but thou shalt know hereafter.
8 Peter saith unto him, Thou shalt never wash my feet. Yahshua answered him, If I wash thee not
(Spiritually Cleanse your Heart), thou hast no part with me.
9 Simon Peter saith unto him, Lord, not my feet only, but also [my] hands and [my] head.
10 Yahshua saith to him, He that is washed
(Purified by Righteousness) needeth not save to wash [his] feet, but is clean every whit: and ye are clean, but not all (of you are clean in Heart).
11 For he knew who should betray him; therefore said he, Ye are not all clean.

So here is what I am Spiritually proposing to you: Yahshua was symbolically referring to HIMSELF
(Messiah) when he told his disciples that they should go into the upper chamber to prepare [for] THE PASSOVER (Chagigah or Love Feast); And this is, also, why Paul said (1Corinthians 11) that whosoever symbolically eats THIS PASSOVER (Messiah) unworthily will be GUILTY of eating and drinking JUDGEMENT unto himself not discerning THE MASTERS BODY !!!! (Kudos to Paul)

Mark 14:15-16

15 And he will shew you a large upper room [chamber] furnished [and] prepared: there make ready for us.
16 And his disciples went forth, and came into the city, and found as he had said unto them: and they made ready [for] "THE PASSOVER"
(The Messiah).

The Preparation Day
for
Passover
(Abib 14th)

Begins at dusk and ends at dusk. However the Passover Meal begins just prior to dusk; usually near sunset at the end of the day, which (in Jerusalem) is approximately thirty to forty minutes prior the beginning of the fifteenth of Abib (which always occurs on the Full Moon at dusk).

Leviticus 23:7
(a commanded observance)
4 ¶ These [are] the feasts of the LORD, [even] holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons.
5 In
(during) the fourteenth [day] of the first month (Abib 14th) at even (dusk) [is] (the beginning of) The LORD'S Passover  (Abib 14th is firstly the Passover Preparation Day, and then it is finally the Passover Meal after sunset).
6 And on the fifteenth day of the same month
(Abib 15th) [is] the Feast of Unleavened bread unto the LORD: seven days ye must eat unleavened bread.
7 In
(during)  the first day  (of Unleavened Bread) ye shall have an holy convocation (after dawn): ye shall do no servile work therein.
8 But ye shall offer an offering made by fire
(grilled) unto the LORD [for] seven days: in (during) the seventh day [is] an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work [therein].

Traditionally, the preparation of The Passover Meal begins after dawn during the fourteenth day of the first month (Abib 14th). Josephus records that during the first century the Passover lambs were slaughtered "from the ninth hour (since Dawn)till the eleventh" (Book 6, chapter 9, section 3), which corresponds closely to our 3:00-5:00 pm., which still allowed time for roasting over fire at the TEMPLE in Jerusalem (See Luke 23:44 below).

Exodus 12:5-6
(as it originally commanded)
5 Your
(Spiritually symbolic) lamb shall be without blemish (a symbolic Righteousness Seeker), a male a year old (as a child or children). You shall take it from (among) the sheep or from the goats:
6 and you shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month; and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it during
(not at, but during) the evening tide (Strong's H6153 - tereb, pronounced eh'-reb, which is a period of time for dusk, evening, even tide, and night.).

Luke 23:44
  (Darkness on the Preparation Day)
¶ And it was about the sixth hour
(3 hours before the slaughter started), and there was a darkness over all the earth (Jerusalem area) until the ninth hour.
5 And the sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was rent
(ripped) in the midst (in two).

From Earth
, a solar eclipse can only occur when the New Moon passes between the Sun and the Earth, and the New Moon fully or partially covers the Sun. This could never naturally occur during a "Full Moon" Feast Day. Therefore, this is not a "Solar Eclipse". Probably heavy cloud cover and-or even heavy smoke from a multitude (thousands) of roasting fires that were just being kindled to ultimately provide hot coals for roasting.

Messiah was nailed on the torture stake during "The Preparation Day"; literally "In Like Manner" as the "Sacrificial Lambs" were, also, being "Prepared"; as a perfect "Physical to Spiritual Parallel" for Sacrifice. Only the physical lambs were the epitome of "Pagan Style Sacrifice"
(death and blood to satisfy a blood thirsty god), while Messiah (The lamb of YHVH) was and is the epitome of a "Living Sacrifice" (token blood and token death to satisfy the desire of a Merciful GOD, YHVH). The physical sacrifice of the lambs were a physical to Spiritual parallel for the near death sacrifice of Messiah strictly to demonstrate "True Spiritual Sacrifice" (Death to SELF) to those with Spiritual "Ears to Hear", and Spiritual "Eyes to See". YHVH has never required physical death to satisfy the requirements of Eternal Life.

Romans 12:1

¶ I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, Holy
(Righteousness Seeking), acceptable unto GOD, [which is] your reasonable service.

The Passover Meal
(late Abib 14th & early Abib 15th)

"The Passover"
occurs (at or near sunset) immediately prior to the first day of "The Feast of Unleavened Bread" (UB occurs at Dusk), and which (UB) is a both a Holy Annual Sabbath and a Holy Convocation. It should be remembered that prior to dusk(prior to UB) "Leavened Bread" (Artos) may be eaten, however, once the "Sacrificial Lamb" is served, then "The Passover Meal" (evening of Abib 14th) is eaten with "Unleavened Bread; also once dusk occurs all leavened bread not already consumed must be burned right away. The "Passover" meal (now without leavened bread) may continue well into the night (after Dusk), but the meal must end prior to dawn and in plenty of time to burn any left over lamb and-or discovered uneaten leaven (crumbs, etc). No leavened Bread must be eaten once Dusk has occurred until after "The Feast of Unleavened Bread" is complete (seven full nights and seven full daylight periods later). Under no circumstances must the "Passover Preparation Day" ever be allowed to occur on a "Seventh Day Shabbat".  Any food or sacrifice that would normally be prepared during the "Preparation Days" (the daylight hours prior to Passover and UB) that occasionally falls on a weekly Shabbat must be moved up one day earlier. Moreover, whenever a fire will be needed for burning leavening or left over sacrifice (as when UB begins on a 7th day Shabbat), then that fire must be kindled prior to the beginning of Shabbat, and that fire must be maintained for as long as it is needed to burn the uneaten sacrifice and leaven. This burning (fire) must never extend into the dawn (morning twilight) of Abib 15th.

The symbolism is clear !

The Physical Passover Sacrifice itself
(symbolically represented by Leavened Bread) is not without sin, but is without Spiritual Blemish(symbolically represented by a Lamb without spots), because of "Repentance" (Rejection of Self); in fact YHVH does not seek the sinless at all (no such thing anyway). YHVH seeks those that seek after His Righteousness (Spiritual Perfection); there is no such thing as sinless people, and that includes Messiah. However, Messiah was ultimately without Spiritual Blemish (Perfected).
.
We too can be without Spiritual Blemish by making YHVH's Righteousness our greatest desire in life. Remember, those that seek Salvation do so for "Self"
(Self is Sin), but those that seek YHVH's Righteousness do so to become "Like YHVH(a Spiritually procreated IMAGE of YHVH), and YHVH recognizes His own; just the same as Messiah recognizes his own (imitators or followers).

John 10:3-4

3 To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own
(Spiritually Perfected) sheep by name, and leadeth them (by example) out.
4 And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them
(as a selfless living sacrifice and Shepherd), and the sheep (with Spiritual ears to hear and eyes to see) follow him (his example): for they know his voice (of Righteousness).

John 10:3-4

For I have given you an example
(Spiritual Path), that ye should do as I have done to you.

1 Peter 2:21

For even hereunto were ye called: because Messiah, also, suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his
(Spiritual foot-) steps:

2 Thessalonians 3:9

Not because we have not power, but to make ourselves an ensample unto you to follow us
(Paul, and Silvanus, and Timotheus, unto the church of the Thessalonians).

Matthew 6:33

But seek ye first the
(Righteous) kingdom of Theos, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

So did Messiah and his Disciples sit down to eat a "Passover Meal" at "The Last Supper"?  Absolutely not !  Messiah and his disciples were having a "Chagigah Remembrance Meal" or "Love Feast" ; probably concerning the very first Passover, and about Messiah's role in the coming Passover as "The Passover". The disciples knew that Messiah was about to be crucified, and wanted to pay their respects to him.

Matthew 26:1-2
(a Chagigah Conversation before Passover)
¶ And it came to pass, when Yahshua had finished all these sayings, he said unto his disciples,
2 Ye know that after two days is [the feast of] the Passover, and the Son of man is betrayed to be crucified
.

This is now the point where the Gospel of Matthew outwardly appears to become inconsistent, in as much as the highly debated verses that follow seem to indicate that "Passover" actually follows after the beginning of "The Feast of Unleavened Bread" (an impossibility). YHVH's children know that chaos and inconsistencies are a result of tampering by uninspired translators and scribes; who obviously cannot keep their story straight
(Strait and narrow).

Matthew 26:17
(inconsistent with verses one and two above)
¶ Now the first [day] of the [feast of] unleavened bread the disciples came to Yahshua, saying unto him, Where wilt thou that we prepare for thee to eat the passover?

Verse seventeen obviously does not agree with the previous two verses above.  So what is wrong? Actually, I suspect that verse two is chronologically accurate, while verse seventeen is a general statement about the "Unleavened Bread Festival Season". Maybe it would be a good idea to see what "Luke" has to say.

Luke 22:1-7, 15-16, 20-21
(slightly more specific than Matthew )
Now the Feast of Unleavened Bread drew nigh, which is called
(generally referred to as) the Passover (season, which includes a Chagigah or two).
2 And the chief priests and scribes sought how they might kill him
(Messiah); for they feared the people (notice the Jewish people did not want him killed).
3 Then entered Satan
(sin of human nature) into Judas surnamed Iscariot, being of the number of the twelve.
4 And he went his way, and communed with the chief priests and captains, how he might betray him unto them.
5 And they were glad, and covenanted to give him money.
6 And he promised, and sought opportunity to betray him unto them in the absence of the multitude
(Jewish people).

7 ¶ Then came the day of unleavened bread
(The First actual Day of UB is Abib 15th), (but) when the passover must be killed (and prepared is Abib 14th before sunset).

15"And he said to them
(during the Chagigah or Koinonia): 'I have longingly desired to eat this [coming] Passover with you before My suffering  (Messiah was Perfected by those things which he suffered);
16 however, I tell you that I shall not [be able to] eat of it, until it can be administered
(made replete) in the Coming Kingdom of Yahweh'"(On Earth).

20 He took the cup in like manner after supper, saying, "This cup is the
(symbolic) new covenant (New Marriage, but Original Vows) in my blood (symbolic of life & sacrifice), that which is [to be] shed (G1632, ekcheo; distributed) for you.
21 But behold, the hand of him who betrays me is with me on the table.

It is not The Covenant (Marriage Vow) that is new, it is The People, with whom YHVH has made His covenant "In Blood" (symbolic personal sacrifice), that are new. Both Covenants require man to Love and Obey Torah (The Marriage Covenant).

Therefore,
he (Messiah) did not eat "The Passover Meal" (but chose personal sacrifice instead and Made HIMSELF The Symbolic Passover), and he will not eat of it until it can be administered in the Kingdom of YHVH on Earth.

Okay, again "We" see that even Luke is speaking in generalities
(verse seven), however, it is plain to see that verse seven is still not speaking of the actual First (Holy) Day of Unleavened Bread, because "Unleavened Bread" is commanded by YHVH to follow "Passover" and "The preparation Day". "Passover" actually occurs at the end of "The Preparation Day(Abib 14th), and "The First day of Unleavened Bread" immediately follows it as soon as "Dusk" occurs (beginning of Abib 15th). Therefore, the majority of the rhetoric concerning Passover and Unleavened Bread is just that . . . "Rhetoric".

rhetoric |ˈretərik|
noun
the art of effective or persuasive speaking or writing, especially the use of figures of speech and other compositional techniques.
• informal language designed to have a persuasive or impressive effect on its audience, but may not be accurate in content.

Therefore, "We" are forced to assume that, while the people in general were all caught up in the festivities, the levitical priests were following the commanded observance.
There appears to be an awful lot of mystery and confusion concerning the Scriptural accounts of The Passover, Unleavened Bread, and Messiah's crucifixion. Is there a deliberate cover up of the events on that day? Quiet possibly, but the lack of strict Scriptural obedience doesn't help matters either.
For example; symbolically speaking an obedient follower should not become unleavened a day prior to the symbolic sacrifice of the "Passover Meal" and the seven days of "Unleavened Bread". These occurrences should symbolically demonstrate the point in time when Righteousness Seeking men and women become a "New Person" and "Self"  is sacrificed for "Righteousness Sake".  Therefore, symbolically becoming "Unleavened" prior to Messiah's sacrifice is nonsense that makes of "No Effect" the symbolism used to teach YHVH's "Plan of Salvation".  Additionally a "Full White Moon" symbolizes "Pure Righteous Perfection". While "The Feast of Unleavened Bread" itself symbolizes "The Sabbath Millennium" in which Satan (human nature) will be bound and no unrighteousness will even exist, except in theory.
Even so, some removal of excess leaven (sin of human nature) prior to the beginning of the fifteenth day (Full Moon) of the first month (Abib 15th) is symbolically permissible, as long as some symbolic sin  (leaven) is still available to be burned immediately after the end of "The Passover Meal". However, do not consume any of  "The Passover Meal" with leavened bread once dusk (Twilight with the Full Moon) has begun.
The symbolism is that it is after Passover at twilight with the "Full Moon", that "We" become (symbolically) unleavened (perfected);   then "We" burn all remaining leaven (throw it into the existing fire)! This same fire will later be used to burn any and-or all remaining  (uneaten) lamb prior to dawn.

The Feast of Unleavened Bread

(Abib 15th)

Exodus 12:15

Seven days shall you eat unleavened bread; even the first day you shall put away yeast [fermented starter dough] out of your houses, for whoever eats leavened bread from the first day until the seventh day, that soul shall be cut off from Israel (Promised Land or Coming Kingdom) .

Exodus 29:2

Unleavened bread, unleavened cakes mixed with oil, and unleavened wafers anointed with oil: you shall make them of fine wheat flour.

Exodus 2:4-7, 11, 13 (the "Preparation" of Unleavened Bread)
4 When you offer an offering of a meal-offering baked in the oven, it shall be unleavened cakes of fine
(wheat) flour mingled with oil, or unleavened wafers anointed with oil.
5 If your offering is a meal-offering of the baking-pan, it shall be of unleavened fine
(wheat) flour, mingled with oil.
6 You shall cut it in pieces, and pour oil on it. It is a meal-offering.
7 If your offering be a meal-offering of the frying-pan, it shall be made of fine
(wheat) flour with oil.

11 No meal-offering, which you shall offer to Yahweh, shall be made with yeast[Starter Dough]; for you shall burn no yeast, nor any honey, as an offering made by fire to Yahweh.

13 Every offering of your meal-offering shall you season with salt; neither shall you allow the salt of the covenant of your Yahweh to be lacking from your meal-offering: with all your offerings you shall offer salt
(abundant symbolic salt) .

-End-

Matthew 5:13

¶ Ye [My Children] are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.

Hebrews 10:16-29 (The New Covenant)
16 "This is the covenant
(marriage vow) that I will make with them: 'After those days,' says the Kurios, 'I will put my laws on their heart, I will also write them on their mind;'" then,
17 "I will remember their sins and their iniquities no more."
(because they will be Spiritually Perfected)
18 Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.
19 Having therefore, brothers, boldness to enter into the holy place by the blood
(Living Sacrifice) of Yahshua,
20 by the way which he dedicated for us, a new and living way, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;
21 and having a great
(High) priest (Yahshua) over the house of Yahweh (even The House of David) ;
22 let us draw near with a true heart in fullness of faith
(replete) , having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and having our body washed with pure water (Spiritual Cleansing) ,
23 let us hold fast the confession of our hope unyieldingly. For he who promised is faithful.
24 Let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good works,
25 not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as you see the Day approaching.
26 For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remains no more a sacrifice for sins,
27 but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and a fierceness of fire which will devour the adversaries.
28 A man who has set at nothing Moses' law dies without compassion on the word of two or three witnesses.
29 How much worse punishment, do you think, will he be judged worthy of, who has trodden under foot the Son of Yahweh, and has counted the blood of the covenant with which he was sanctified an unholy thing, and has insulted the Spirit of grace?

-End-

Numbers 9:10-13
(If unable to keep The Passover and The Feast of Unleavened Bread due to travel or uncleanness)
10 Speak to the children of Israel, saying, If any man of you or of your generations shall be unclean by reason of a dead body, or be on a journey afar off
(possible living or sojourning in a foreign country other than Israel), yet he shall keep the Passover to Yahweh.
11 In the second month on the fourteenth day at even
(twilight dusk) they shall keep it; they shall eat it with unleavened bread and bitter herbs:
12 they shall leave none of it to the morning, nor break a bone of it: according to all the statute of the Passover they shall keep it.
13 But the man who is clean, and is not on a journey, and forbears to keep the Passover, that soul shall be cut off from his people; because he didn't offer the offering of Yahweh
(living sacrifice) in its appointed season(according to the Plan of Salvation), that man shall bear his sin.

The Wave Sheaf Offering

Leviticus 23:10-17
(Wave Sheaf Offering and First Fruits)
10 Speak to the children of Israel (The Spiritual Jew), and tell them, When you are come into the land which I give to you (The Coming Kingdom of YHVH on Earth), and shall reap the (human) harvest of it, then you shall bring the sheaf of the First-Fruits(Chosen Few) of your (human Spring-) harvest to the priest (High Priest is now Yahshua):
11 and he shall wave the sheaf of wheat
(present them as a pure harvest) before Yahweh, to be accepted for you: on the next day after the Sabbath (that occurs afterthe Feast of UB) the (High) priest shall wave it (after dawn on the 1st day of the week).

There are two major schools of thought
as to when the counting of the weeks (Omer) towards Shavuot (Shabuoth), Pentecost, and The Feast of Weeks (Firstfruits) should begin. Some groups (i.e. karaites) begin counting on the second day of Unleavened Bread, and the majority of other groups (Christians, and Jews, etc) start counting on the morrow after the weekly Shabbat (Sunday) that occurs within the week of "The Feast of Unleavened Bread" itself.
However, there is no commandment or Scripture that defines "The Wave Sheaf Offering" as being a part
(significant or otherwise)of "The Feast of Unleavened Bread". Let's take a suspicious look at Leviticus 23:10-11 (above) again. Notice that The Wave sheaf was not a part of the original Feast of Unleavened Bread. Notice, also, that the Israelites had to wait until they, as a group, had entered "The Promised Land" under Joshua (spelled Yahshua; coincidence?) and not under Moche (Moses). And when they finally did enter the symbolic physical "Promised Land(parallel for Spiritual "Coming Kingdom")  they ate "Old Corn(H5669: abuwr, stored grain). So let's check out a few more verses.

Deuteronomy 16:8
(The END of Unleavened Bread)
8 Six days thou shalt eat unleavened bread: and on the seventh day [shall be] a solemn assembly to the LORD thy God: thou shalt do no work [therein].

Leviticus 23:8 (The END of Unleavened Bread)
But ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD seven days: in the seventh day [is] an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work [therein].

Leviticus 23:9

And YHVH Spoke To Moche Saying
(New Paragraph and New Festival)

Deuteronomy 16:9-10
(The Beginning of Feast of Weeks)
9 ¶ Seven weeks shalt thou number unto thee: Begin to number the seven weeks from [such time as] thou begin [to put] the sickle to the
(H7054;qamah) standing Grain.
10 And thou shalt keep
"The Feast of Weeks" unto the LORD thy GOD with a tribute of a freewill offering of thine hand, which thou shalt give [unto the LORD thy GOD], according as the LORD thy GOD hath blessed thee:

Now we have other issues with which to contend. It is quiet evident to me that the three pilgrimage "Feasts" (UB, Shavuot, and Succoth) are always at least a full seven days long, and always include a "Full Moon", for the very first day, and not one of them ever occurs in the same month (between the same two dark New Moons). Moreover, all three "Full Moon" Feast Days begin and end with a Sabbath of some sort (annual or weekly). So why do lazy, rebellious, stiffnecked men insist on the blending(mixing) of "The Feast of Unleavened Bread" with "The Feast of Weeks" ? Why do men insists on following "Their own Traditions", and making of "No Avail" the hidden mysteries of YHVH ?

A Mystery Revealed !

What is mankind's problem?  Folks, they are not the same Feast and Feasts must be kept separate, because each feast has it own mystery to reveal. When men go changing YHVH's Ordinances, Laws, etc. they become guily of the idolatry of "Self". Also, why do Messianic Jews
(Christians pretending to be Jews) believe that "The Jewish" traditions must be followed, but not the Jewish faith ?  Even so, neither Christianity nor Judaism is correct, because they are both hellenized(paganized).

Deuteronomy 9:6
(were The Hebrew People chosen for their obedience ?)
Understand therefore, that the LORD thy GOD giveth thee not this good land to possess it because of thy righteousness
(sinners everyone); for thou [art] a stiffnecked people.

Deuteronomy 12:30
(An Unheeded Warning)
Take heed to thyself that thou be not snared by following them, after that they be destroyed from before thee; and that thou enquire not after their gods, saying, How did these nations serve their gods? even so will I do likewise.

Deuteronomy 11:26-28 (A Blessing or A Curse)
¶ Behold, I set before you this day a blessing and a curse;
27 A blessing, if ye obey the commandments of the LORD your GOD, which I command you this day:
28 And a curse, if ye will not obey the commandments of the LORD your GOD, but turn aside out of the way which I command you this day, to go after other gods, which ye have not known.

It is just as wrong to idolize "The Jews", as it is to idolize "The Christians" or blindly follow the traditions of any "Stiffnecked People" (The Disobedient). Moreover, just what has been the curse of the Jewish people even unto this very day? Do you need a hint? Okay, "mene mene tekel upharsin(The very same nemesis as Babylon . . ) . . Captivity; not just to other nations and religions, but, also, to the sin of "Self". Isn't it time for all religions to wake up and face the Truth, before it is too late? Believe me, there is no major religion in existence today that represent YHVH's children, except in their own minds.
And so for this reason, "The Spiritual Jew" has decided to break away from the "Traditions of Men" and restore "The Feast of Firstfruits" (among other things) back to its (and their) original intent and purpose for mankind by removing "The Wave Sheaf" (Omer count) from "The Feast of Unleavened Bread" (a.k.a. Passover). This will not be an easy task, but YHVH still judges "The Intent of Our Hearts", and for "Righteousness Sake" we will restore it, even if only on a symbolic level; after all how many of us today have orchards, raise crops and farm animals? How many of us have the luxury of a pilgrimage to a non-existent "Temple" in Jerusalem? Obviously, not many! But what we (as Spiritual Jews) do have is a "High Priest" that understands our infirmities (both physical and Spiritual), and we (as Spiritual Jews) already are "The Temple of GOD" (YHVH), therefore we do have the power of properly celebrating "The Feast of Weeks" [Feast of Firstfruits], even as city dwellers until that "Great Day" when our Eternal Father restores all things to its original intent.
"Let it be so !"

Leviticus 23:12 (The Feast of Firstfruits)
12 In the day when you wave the sheaf (of symbolic Firstfruits Wheat), you shall offer a he-lamb without blemish (Spiritually Perfected Messiah) a year old for a burnt offering to Yahweh.
13 The meal-offering of it shall be two tenth parts of an ephah of fine (symbolic Firstfruits Wheat) flour mingled with oil (the oil of anointment), an offering made by fire (Spiritually Refined by The Fires of Tribulation) to Yahweh for a sweet savor; and the drink offering of it shall be of wine (Self-sacrifice), the fourth part of a hin.
14 You shall eat neither bread, nor parched grain, nor fresh ears, until this same day, until you have brought the offering of Yahweh (Messiah): it is a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
15 You shall count to you from the next day after the Sabbath, [when the sickle cuts standing grain after the "Last Day of Unleavened Bread"], that you brought the sheaf of the wave-offering; seven (weekly Shabbats) Sabbaths shall there be complete (forty-nine days) :
16 even to the next day (forty-nine plus one equals fifty) after the seventh (weekly Shabbat) Sabbath shall you number fifty days (Pentecost) ; and you shall offer a new meal-offering to Yahweh.
17 You shall bring out of your habitations two wave-loaves (no longer sheaves, but fully prepared) of two tenth parts of an ephah: they shall be of fine (wheat) flour, they shall be baked with yeast (leaven) [symbolizing those who have come out of sin and have found Favor or Grace in Yahweh's eyes], for "First Fruits" (Symbolic Small Spring Harvest of The Chosen Few) to Yahweh.

The Symbolism of "The First Fruits" only begins here; the complete symbolism continues through Pentecost, which according to some random order contains a "Full Moon Feast Day".
The First Fruits (other than Messiah) are not only symbolized by wheat (loaves), but by all the First Fruits of all the various Spring Harvests that occur during the Seven Weeks that lead up to Shavuot and Pentecost. These various varieties of First Fruits, also [in addition to Jews], symbolize the various Gentile peoples who have become "Inward Jews" (Spiritual Jews) .

Romans 8:23
And not only [they], but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit
even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, [to wit],
the redemption of our body.

Galatians 4:16
So then, have I become your enemy by telling you the truth?
